Robert M. Martina is a 1987 graduate of Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, where he received a B.S. degree in Finance. He is also a graduate of the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1990. He has practiced law in Baton Rouge and Lafayette since 1990, and has practiced extensively in both defense and personal injury litigation.
Mr. Martina is admitted to practice in all Federal and State Courts in Louisiana. Practicing primarily in the specialty area of Workers' Compensation accidents, he also practices in the areas of accidental death litigation, automotive, trucking and boating accidents, offshore drilling and production rig accidents, products liability, premises liability, and other personal injury cases. He is a member of the Duhe Inn of Court, Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association, Lafayette Parish Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
